GA Goal scholarships

 We are an approved private school able to participate with the GA GOAL Scholarship Program. This is a need-based scholarship and families must demonstrate a financial need. You must Apply for Admissions before you can apply for this or any scholarship. Also, to qualify for this scholarship, a student must be a Georgia resident who is currently enrolled in, and has attended a Georgia secondary or primary public school for at least 6 weeks* immediately prior to receiving a scholarship award.

*The six week attendance requirement may be waived in the following cases:

1. A student is or would be assigned to a public school that the Office of Student Achievement determines to be a low-performing school based on the school attendance zone of his or her primary residence, or
2. A student is the subject of officially documented cases of school based physical violence or student related verbal abuse threatening physical harm, or
3. A student was enrolled in an official home study program for at least one year immediately prior to receiving a scholarship or tuition grant under this law.

The total amount of your scholarship is deducted from the school's overall annual tuition amount. The remaining balance is then spread evenly across our 12 month school calendar to generate your monthly tuition payment amounts. You will be provided with a Schedule of Tuition Payments during your admissions process which will outline these payments.

The Academy GA awards scholarships in amounts ranging from $500 - $3,000 annually. This amount can change from year to year depending on the availability of scholarship funds and if the financial status has changed for a family from the previous year.
